How FrankReplies handles your data.
Last updated: March 2026
What We Receive
When you forward an email to Frank, we receive the email content you send us — including the message body, subject line, and headers. We use this to identify the original sender and generate feedback on their behalf.
We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information beyond what is contained in the email itself.
What We Share
We do not share your information with the original author of the email. The feedback Frank sends does not identify you. Your email address, name, and any other identifying information you may have included when forwarding will not appear in anything Frank sends to the original sender.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
How We Store It
All emails you share with us are stored securely in the cloud using encryption at rest.
We retain email content for a limited time to support quality assurance and service operation, after which it is deleted. Score metadata and delivery logs may be retained longer to support rate limiting and service analytics.
How We Use It
Emails you share with us are used to generate and deliver feedback to the original sender, confirm delivery back to you, monitor for abuse and enforce rate limits, and improve the quality and accuracy of Frank's feedback.
We do not use your emails to train AI models without your explicit consent.
Your Anonymity
Protecting your identity is central to how FrankReplies works. Frank is designed so that the person receiving feedback has no way to determine who sent Frank. If a recipient replies to Frank, they receive a brief explanation of the service — not any information about you.
